Lower tube mounted on the wing with the rear even with the rear of the model. Take your time and and make sure it is centered. You may need to do a little at at a time on each side and squeeze slightly as you glue so that the tube stays round, it tends to flatten out a bit once cut. make sure the front is round so that the bottom cone shoulder will fit into it.
